The Women in Construction Institute works to promote women’s autonomy and social transformation through workshops in the construction field, personal development, and inclusion in the workforce, creating real pathways to independence, dignity, and belonging.
We strive to ensure that women in vulnerable situations can occupy spaces, build new life paths, and positively impact their families, communities, and the future.

FREE AND EXCLUSIVE WORKSHOPS FOR WOMEN
If you are a woman and want to learn a trade, carry out small repairs in your home, start your own service business, or work in the construction industry, this space is for you.
The Women in Construction Institute offers workshops that develop practical skills while also supporting personal development journeys. All women over the age of 18 are welcome to participate.
