Mulher em Construção is a non-profit organization that, since 2006, aims at the inclusion of marginalized women in the job market of civil construction through the promotion of autonomy, social rights, and empowerment of those who are in a situation of vulnerability and domestic violence. In a predominantly male-dominated market, the organization empowers these women, fighting for reducing inequality and encouraging gender diversity.
