Investing in women's empowerment strengthens businesses, communities, and the future.
Become a partner

The Women in Construction Institute transforms realities through the empowerment of women in situations of social vulnerability. This work is only possible with the support of the private sector, which understands its role in building a more just, diverse and economically sustainable society.

Partner companies enable workshops, special projects, territorial expansion and new income-generating opportunities for women who need access, training and dignity. In return, they build measurable social impact, strengthen their ESG agendas, and connect to a concrete cause, with real results.

PINK SEAL

The Pink Seal is an initiative by the Women in Construction Institute that recognizes and engages companies committed to gender equity and the empowerment of women in the workforce, especially in historically male-dominated sectors.

More than a symbolic recognition, the Pink Seal is a strategic partnership model. It establishes a public commitment between the Institute and the company, based on social responsibility, measurable impact, and cultural transformation.

By joining the Pink Seal, the company becomes part of a network of organizations that:

  • Support the training of women in vulnerable situations;

  • Promote fairer, more diverse, and safer work environments;

  • Strengthen inclusion practices and women’s development;

  • Associate their brand with a cause that generates real and continuous social impact.

The Pink Seal transforms social investment into reputational value, internal engagement, and a concrete contribution to reducing gender inequality.

By taking on this commitment, the company sends a clear message to the market, its employees, and society: diversity is not a trend, it is a leadership decision.

CEMENT AND LIPSTICK

Cement & Lipstick is a project that promotes the technical training and human empowerment of women in vulnerable situations, focusing on their insertion into the construction market and income-generating activities.

More than teaching techniques, Cement & Lipstick prepares women to occupy spaces historically denied to them. Through practical workshops, the project combines professional training, personal development, and financial autonomy, creating real paths to life transformation.

Participants learn, in practice, content such as painting, repairs, tool use, and basic construction services, while strengthening self-esteem, security, and a vision for the future. The result is a skilled, confident workforce ready to generate income, start businesses, or access new job opportunities. Lipstick is also a concrete response to two structural challenges in the country: gender inequality and the lack of skilled labor in the construction sector. By investing in Lipstick Cement, partners and supporters contribute directly to the productive inclusion of women, the reduction of social inequalities, and the construction of a more diverse, fair, and sustainable market.

TALKS

The Women in Construction Institute offers institutional talks for companies that seek to promote reflection and meaningful change around work, women’s autonomy, diversity, and social transformation. In both in-person and remote formats, the talks are designed for employees across different departments and hierarchical levels, presenting the Institute’s journey, its achievements, and the impact generated over nearly two decades of work.

More than telling a story, we create experiences of listening and awareness. The sessions include testimonials from women who have graduated from the Institute, sharing their experiences, challenges, and achievements, connecting the audience to the real impact of social transformation. The content is tailored according to each company’s objectives and may cover topics such as:

Women’s economic autonomy;

Work, income, and dignity;

Gender equity in the workplace;

Social impact and corporate responsibility.

These talks strengthen internal engagement, expand employees’ social awareness, and position the company as an active agent of change, aligning discourse, practice, and impact.
